Aetna Navigator®- Your personalized, one-stop member website.

Once you are an enrolled plan member, you will be able to register with Aetna Navigator to:

Check the status of a claim.

Look at the results of claims that were processed and find out when payments were made. This way, you’ll know your share of the cost.

Request a medical ID card.

You can e-mail Aetna Member Services from Aetna Navigator to request a replacement, and print a temporary ID card to use in the meantime.

Estimate the cost of care.

With Aetna Navigator’s Cost of Care tools, you can get estimated average costs for medical treatments and procedures, tests and other services in your area. For example, you can compare the cost of over 34 common medical procedures (such as MRI, CT scan, and colonoscopy) at facilities in select locations around the country. When you use the tool, you’ll get a list showing hospitals and other facilities in your area that perform these procedures, with actual cost ranges — by facility — for each procedure.

Use Navigator’s Hospital Comparison Tool to compare hospitals in your area on the measures and qualities that mean the most to you.

Contact Member Services.

Once enrolled, you can e-mail Aetna Member Services right from your Aetna Navigator home page. Member Services can help with claim and benefits questions, address changes, replacement medical ID cards and other needs.
