Once you enrolled in Aetna medical, you will be able to register for and log in to your member website to:

Check the status of a claim.

Look at the results of claims that were processed and find out when payments were made. This way, you’ll know your share of the cost.

View your medical ID card.

Log in to your member website at to view and print your member ID card anytime. You can e-mail Aetna Member Services from your member website to request a replacement, and print a temporary ID card to use in the meantime.

Estimate the cost of care.

With Aetna’s cost of care tools, you can get estimated average costs for medical treatments and procedures, tests and other services in your area. For example, you can compare the cost of over 34 common medical procedures (such as MRI, CT scan, and colonoscopy) at facilities in select locations around the country. When you use the tool, you’ll get a list showing hospitals and other facilities in your area that perform these procedures, with actual cost ranges — by facility — for each procedure.
